Game PH Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Player

By accessing or using the Game PH platform in any way — including browsing the site, registering an account, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether registered players or casual visitors.

• You must not have a previously closed or suspended Game PH account, unless the suspension has been formally lifted by Game PH support.

Game PH reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until eligibility is confirmed.

Each individual may hold only one active Game PH account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited. When duplicate accounts are identified, Game PH may close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending bonuses or winnings credited after the duplicate account was created.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with anyone else, allow another person to use your account, or access another person's account. All transactions at Game PH are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfer via InstaPay or PESONet. Deposits are credited to your wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Game PH does not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction charges — these are outside Game PH's control and cannot be reimbursed. Game PH reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Game PH offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, and expiry dates — which are communicated clearly on the Promotions page and in associated promotional materials.

General bonus rules that apply across all Game PH promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet stated wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rate is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period — expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

All games on the Game PH platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are accurate and reflect verified long-term payout percentages. Game PH does not manipulate outcomes, cannot target individual players, and does not adjust payout rates based on player history.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection or software error — Game PH's system records are used to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. If the fault prevents a fair outcome from being determined, the bet for that round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet. Game PH's decision on technical fault resolutions is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Game PH platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other players in any card game or multiplayer format
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including claiming bonuses multiple times
• Using Game PH in connection with money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches — any such bugs must be reported to support immediately; continued exploitation is treated as fraud
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputes with payment providers without first attempting resolution through Game PH support
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at Game PH staff or other players

Game PH actively monitors activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in breach of this section will have their balances frozen pending investigation. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, funds will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

Game PH reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested
• Confirmed or suspected underage access
• Player self-exclusion request
• Extended inactivity (accounts dormant for more than 12 consecutive months)

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Game PH support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after settlement of pending bets will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.

Game PH is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment.
